Why you're reading this

The grid's gone down and you want to know what's actually still working.

What stays on

Only what's connected to the solar battery board (above the solar battery stack — see Switchboards) keeps running:

  • Most of the lights in the house
  • The server rack

Everything else in the house loses power, same as it would during any grid outage — the solar/battery system isn't set up to back up the whole house, just that one board.

When power comes back

Nothing specific to do yet — this section will get filled in once there's a concrete "check X, reset Y" list worth writing down.
